Toronto ON MT C, Canada Loadscreen ltd Full time

About Us

Loadscreen operates across three key service areas within the gaming industry: Influencer Marketing, Media Production, and Charity. These services can operate independently or overlap to create unique activations for our partners.

We work with a wide range of clients, from major publishers and global gaming brands to emerging creators. Our partners include Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, RallyCry, Battlefy, and others. Our focus is always on delivering reliable, high-quality systems and services that help our partners execute at scale.

About the Role

We're hiring a No-Code Automation Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the internal tools and automations that power Loadscreen's operations.

This is a hands-on builder role. You'll work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to turn real operational workflows into working systems using no-code and low-code tools. Your work will directly support influencer campaigns, finance processes, internal tracking, and reporting.

The role is focused on building and maintaining systems rather than managing people or writing traditional software. You'll be responsible for automations, internal apps, dashboards, and documentation that keep the business running efficiently as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems and Automation

  • Build and maintain automations using tools such as and ClickUp
  • Design and manage internal apps and dashboards using Glide
  • Connect tools and data flows using APIs, webhooks, and structured data
  • Automate campaign operations, task tracking, reporting, and finance workflows
  • Maintain, improve, and refactor existing systems as requirements change
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and data issues
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for all internal systems

Operational Support

  • Work with the team to understand operational workflows and translate them into systems
  • Support influencer campaign operations through internal tooling and automation
  • Help ensure data accuracy across internal tools and dashboards
  • Assist with improving efficiency and reducing manual work across the company

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in building systems and automations
  • Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets
  • Logical problem solver with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and deliver working solutions
  • Clear communication skills in a remote working environment
  • Familiarity with gaming, esports, or the creator economy

Required Experience

  • Experience using no-code automation tools such as Make (Integromat) or Zapier
  • Experience building tools or dashboards with Glide or similar platforms
  • Experience working with tools such as Google Sheets and ClickUp

Experience (Assets)

  • Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
  • Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
  • Basic experience with programming or scripting
  • Experience building AI-powered automations or using AI tools

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working
  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Opportunity to grow technical and systems-building skills in a fast-moving gaming company
  • Direct impact on how the business operates and scales
