AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Le travail consiste à assister la professeure dans la mise à jour de l'ouvrage de Dominique Goubau, Droit des personnes physiques, publié aux éditions Yvon Blais. La personne recrutée devra être en mesure de faire de la recherche législative, jurisprudentielle et doctrinale en droit civil québécois, et ce afin de repérer les changements survenus depuis la 7e édition de l'ouvrage, en septembre 2022.

La personne doit être en 3e année de licence en droit civil ou avoir déjà un diplôme de licence ou de baccalauréat en droit civil. Elle doit avoir obtenu minimalement la note de B dans le cours DRC Droit des personnes physiques et de la famille, et elle doit être familière avec l'ouvrage Droit des personnes physiques. Le dossier de candidature doit comprendre le CV et le relevé des notes.
