Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Kitchener, ON. The primary responsibilities include managing the sales process, identifying potential clients, providing consultation to customers, and nurturing leads to successful conversions. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, or solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a self-motivated attitude
- Familiarity with IT or cloud computing environments is an asset
