Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager Sudbury, ON – Northern Ontario Region
Full-Time | Hybrid Field Sales
Compensation: $40,000–$80,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus) + Benefits (no cap on commission)
Northern Business Solutions, a proud member of the Melcarm Group Inc. and one of Northern Ontario's leading office equipment & document management providers, is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting entry to mid-level role for someone who wants to grow their career in B2B sales. Based out of our Sudbury office, you'll have the chance to build strong client relationships, represent an innovative product line, and play a key role in shaping our continued success.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business development while also nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- Build long-term client partnerships, often at senior decision-making levels.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations showcasing our full line of document management products and services.
- Track and manage leads through our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of your territory.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B or direct sales (office equipment/technology experience is an asset).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A consultative selling style with the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to exceed goals.
- Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset for this market, but not required.
- Full-time access to a reliable vehicle is required.

This is a field-based role (not remote or work-from-home). Approx. 30% of time will be in office. Minimal overnight travel will be required (approx. 5% of the time)
