Overview:

We are looking for reliable and physically strong Mini Tractor Snow Operators to join our team for the winter season. The role involves operating mini tractors to clear snow across multiple sites in Brampton, ensuring safe and accessible pathways for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mini tractors and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
  • Travel between multiple sites within Brampton (up to 8 sites per day, typically 5 minutes apart).
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Report any equipment issues, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures on site.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle for commuting between sites.
  • Valid G/G2 driver's license required.
  • Physically fit and able to perform strenuous work in winter conditions.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience operating mini tractors or snow removal equipment is an asset.

Additional Information:

  • Seasonal, full-time employment with potential for extended hours based on performance.
  • All work sites are located within Brampton.
