Interview steps:
- Virtual interview (Google Meets only)
- In person group interview (Invite to Head Office Location)
- Afterschool, March Break, Winter Break camps and Summer camps coaching certification
- Invite to First-Aid Certification (if required)
- Lead engaging soccer training sessions for youth players
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment
- Experience playing or coaching soccer (youth experience preferred)
- Passion for working with children and youth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude
- Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)
