Overview
We are looking for a mature and professional Dining Room Server to join our steakhouse team. This role is about more than taking orders, it's about creating memorable guest experiences with warmth, care, and attention. Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and refined dining experience from start to finish.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism and care.
- Guide guests through menu offerings, including specials and wine pairings.
- Accurately take and enter orders; communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume service.
- Support your team to ensure smooth, seamless service across the dining room.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, dependable, and professional in demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability — including mornings, evenings, weekends.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
