Private Client Group (PCG) Branch Operations Associate - 12 Month Contract

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a
Private Client Group Operations Associate
to join the Private Client Group (PCG) team in our
Montreal or Vancouver
office. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada's leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs. The Private Client Group Operations Associate supports the private client group by collaborating with the branch network, internal stakeholders and functional areas within the Raymond James Ltd. Canadian Operations in line with company's core values.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Title Administration: Manage PCG title and designation requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Liaise with HR and Compliance to validate process changes;
- LMS Reporting: tracking, analysis and reporting of mandatory course and training compliance across PCG;
- Branch ACT Coordination: Provide operational support for the Branch ACT ("Action Changes Everything") initiative, including meeting coordination, agenda planning, guest speaker logistics, and alignment with PCG change management themes;
- Document deficiency liaison: Coordinating the resolution of incomplete or missing client documentation across branches, operations, compliance and enterprise data teams;
- Client Statement Messaging: Serve as administrator for client statement messages;
- Branch Liaison: Act as a point of contact for resolving operational challenges within the branch network;
- Intranet Oversight: Administer, audit, and maintain departmental intranet sites;
- Short-term projects: Support ad hoc initiatives as needed;
- Desk coverage: reciprocal desk coverage for PTO and unplanned absences;
- Other duties as assigned

What do we expect from you?
- Strong verbal communication and active listing skills;

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within financial services or brokerage
Education
- Bachelors degree in a related field of study;
- Post-secondary education in learning principles and/or certification in adult continuing education or instructions
