Our team combines chiropractic, physiotherapy, and performance science under one roof — helping people heal injury, build resilience, and optimize performance.

senior physiotherapist or chiropractor

who's ready to step into a
leadership track

and help
run and grow a future satellite clinic

The Opportunity

This is a rare role for someone who wants more than a caseload — someone who's ready to help shape how a clinic operates, leads a team, and builds community.

You'll start by joining our core Ottawa team, building a strong athlete caseload, and mastering our performance-driven systems.

From there, you'll transition into a
leadership and operations role

, helping us scale into new locations and mentoring the next generation of clinicians.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-level, athlete-centered care — with time to think, assess, and deliver results.

• Lead by example: coach junior clinicians, guide performance testing, and refine clinic systems.

• Collaborate with our leadership team on strategy, community outreach, and clinic growth.

• Create workshops, educational content, and athlete events that build connection and credibility.

Who You Are

• Licensed
  physiotherapist or chiropractor

(Ontario)

• 1+ year of clinical experience with athletes or active adults is a plus but not mandatory

• Strong communicator, coach, and team collaborator

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunity where others see limits

• Energized by growth, leadership, and creating something new
