Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets safety standards and client specifications. Your expertise will help keep essential building systems operational and compliant with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, ensuring plumbing systems integrate seamlessly with carpentry and HVAC components.
  • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge; perform troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation and repair on commercial sites.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites with diverse teams.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is preferred for site access or material transport.
  • Maintenance Person experience or background in remodeling projects enhances versatility; familiarity with schematics is essential.
