Shape Something Different as a Power Platform Developer
In this role, you'll turn ideas into modern business applications, automations, and data solutions across Microsoft 365. Partnering with stakeholders and a Senior Power Platform Developer, you'll design and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI analytics that simplify processes, unlock insights, and help teams make better, faster decisions.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:

• Design and build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps that solve real business problems and deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows and, where needed, create custom connectors to integrate data and systems.
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards, including data modeling with DAX and Power Query and implementation of row-level security.
• Configure and enhance SharePoint Online (sites, lists/libraries, views, permissions, JSON formatting) and integrate SharePoint with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Model Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles, and design/read/write SQL queries with performance in mind.
• Embed apps and analytics in Microsoft Teams, using adaptive card experiences, approvals, and notifications to keep work where people already collaborate.
• Create clear solution documentation, including design documents, data dictionaries, admin runbooks, user guides, and release notes to support adoption and maintenance.
• Apply ALM best practices using environments, solutions, source control and Azure DevOps to manage versioning, deployments, and application lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor usage and telemetry, iterate based on feedback, and provide knowledge transfer or light training to help teams get the most from your solutions.

The Skills That Set You Apart
You're a great fit for this role if you have:

• Hands-on experience delivering solutions with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI, including strong data modeling and DAX skills.
• Solid SharePoint Online expertise – lists and libraries, permissions, views, JSON formatting, and integration with Power Platform solutions.
• Strong data foundations, including Dataverse schema design and practical SQL skills (joins, views, and stored procedure basics).
• Confidence working across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, embedding apps and reports, setting up approvals and notifications, and operating within governance guidelines.
• A track record of creating clear, structured documentation for designs, data models, and end users.
• The ability to manage priorities and timelines across multiple requests in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Awareness of Power Platform security and governance (environments, solution layering, connections, and DLP basics).
• Nice to have: familiarity with Power Fx patterns, Component Libraries, PCF controls, and/or Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) and Git/Azure DevOps pipelines for Power Platform ALM.
• Nice to have: experience with advanced Power Query/M, DAX, performance tuning, and RLS at scale, plus integration with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Adaptive Cards for Loop, or Microsoft Graph.
• Education and credentials such as post-secondary studies in Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent experience), and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/300/400) as an asset.

• MB & ON: $70, ,200
• NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69, ,900
