· Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Description – 2 Data Engineers

Location: Hybrid or Remote Options

Responsibilities

· Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

· Build data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures.

· Develop real-time streaming pipelines and dashboards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and analytics.

· Implement testing, validation, and monitoring for data reliability.

· Optimize performance for large-scale datasets.

· Foster a data-first culture and hypothesis-driven development.

· Provide ad hoc reporting and insights.

· Stay current with data engineering and ad tech trends.

What you bring in Technical Expertise

· MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 3+ years as an intermediate or senior Data Engineer

· MUST HAVE expertise in Python, Scala, and Java (technical live coding test during face to face interview)

· Cloud platforms: GCP preferred but will look at AWS or Azure

· IF GCP is your toolkit of choice, expertise with BigQuery, Bigtable, Druid, DataProc, DBT, Airflow

· Advanced SQL and query optimization.

· Data modeling and semantic layer design.

· Real-time data processing and dashboards.

· Git and collaborative workflows.

· Data warehousing, governance, and quality best practices.

Preferred Skills

· AdTech or retail media or loyalty programs

· Real-time bidding and ad-serving systems.

· Event-driven architecture and analytics platforms.

· ML pipeline integration and reporting.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

· Agile/Scrum experience.

· Team-oriented and adaptable.
