McCaslin Horne Insurance is a small but busy insurance brokerage that specializes in group programs for Pharmacy Professionals. With over 30 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have built with our clients. We have an opening for a skilled, enthusiastic and Commercial Lines Customer Account Manager. Job Duties include:

Policy Management: Reviewing and processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing changes etc.

Client Communication: Respond to customer inquiries through email and telephone in a friendly and efficient manner. Proactively contact clients regarding relevant updates

New Business: Quoting and writing new business for the pharmacy program as well as some spin off business for existing clients (such as commercial auto etc.)

Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients, analyzing their exposures and recommending appropriate coverage options

Claims Reporting: Providing claims advice to clients as well as taking claims and reporting to respective insurance companies

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, policies, and documentation within the broker management system

Skill Requirements:

· Must have RIBO license in good standing

· 2-3 years experience working in either personal or commercial lines as a broker

· CAIB (or working towards completion)would be an asset

· Exceptional customer service skills both on the telephone and through email

· Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office and company portals. Experience with PowerBroker would be a definite asset

· Experience working on specialized group business an asset

· Ability to work independently and with others in a small office environment

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload
