Position: Night Auditor

Location: Pan Pacific Hotel Toronto, North York, Ontario

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise night operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Oversee security and safety procedures
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong understanding of PMS systems and Night Auditor procedures would be helpful.
  • Opera PMS experience is an incredible bonus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Must have legal right to work in Canada
