We are looking for a forward-thinking
Specialist, Technology & Innovation
to support the adoption and effective use of technology solutions across a professional services environment. This role focuses on improving workflows, enhancing service delivery, and enabling teams to work more efficiently through practical, user-centered technology solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess needs, identify opportunities, and help implement tools such as automation platforms, AI-enabled applications, collaboration tools, and data analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with internal teams to review workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
  • Support users in adopting AI and automation tools by helping define use cases, configure solutions, and design efficient workflows.
  • Build and enhance solutions using a range of tools, including low-code platforms, automation tools, AI-enabled applications, and productivity software.
  • Participate in system analysis, requirements gathering, tool evaluations, and implementation planning.
  • Maintain and work with data sources to support reporting, automation, and decision-making.
  • Communicate ideas, findings, and recommendations clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Improve and maintain intake, tracking, and workflow tools to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Evaluate technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support change initiatives by contributing to training materials, user guidance, and adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for demonstrations, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to users, including troubleshooting and practical guidance.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential applications.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional services or knowledge-based environment, with exposure to technology implementation, automation, or process improvement.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools that improve how people work.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • High level of comfort with modern productivity tools and a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies such as process mapping, design thinking, or agile approaches.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support users with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a service-oriented mindset.
