Purpose of position:

Maintains and grows current customers and expands customer base. Maintain long term relationships with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers by providing excellent value-added solutions and strategizing with the Sales Team

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Support sales by developing and increasing SAAND's customer base. Explore and investigate existing and new markets and all potential business opportunities

·       Assist in managing the overall relationship with the customer from order to cash

·       Prepare category and business strategies and leverage insights to identify sales opportunities and improve category position to support sales and EBITA targets

·       Contribute to the weekly and monthly sales meeting agendas

·       Develop and administer new customer contracts and contract renewals. Negotiate terms and conditions (I.e. pricing, volume, length, exclusivity arrangements etc) and coordinate with senior management to ensure alignment and implementation

·       Forecast sales volume for products to ensure adherence to annual plan and optimal product distribution

·       
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Distribution to initiate new business opportunities, resolve issues, and provide optimal customer service

·       
Address customer requirements by providing information; providing alternatives; answering questions; investigating problems; and developing solutions

·       
Accomplish sales and organizational mission and vision by completing related initiatives as needed

Work Experience Requirements:

· years in a similar position

· Strong analytical, planning, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills

·
Proficient with standard office computer technology such as Microsoft Office products

· Must be able to establish priorities and work independently or as part of a team

· Knowledge of the fabricated glass industry would definitely be an asset
