Facility Sales & Admin
Become the vital link between your community and the resources that support it. From greeting customers as they enter the facility, to processing cheques and maintaining transaction files, your main goal is providing exceptional quality customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Process orders from external customers and operations employees
  • Maintain facility transaction files
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and compile related statistics
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Provide quality customer service

What You Bring To Our Team

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal effectively with the public
  • Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
  • Organized habits with a keen attention to detail
  • Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment
