About The Role
This team is dedicated to accelerating enhancements within Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on audit, compliance, and reporting. This team will centralize functions that were previously spread across multiple groups, ensuring timely delivery of compliance artifacts and robust reporting capabilities. In addition to IAM enhancements, the team will own analytics and dashboard development to support governance and decision-making.

As an IAM Analyst, you will contribute to system enhancements, develop reporting solutions, and support audit and compliance initiatives. This role requires technical expertise in IAM tools, strong reporting skills, and a solid understanding of compliance processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement IAM enhancements using SailPoint, ensuring compliance with established rules and policies.
  • Design and build dashboards from scratch using Power BI (primary) and Tableau for reporting and analytics.
  • Support audit and compliance activities, delivering required artifacts on time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline IAM processes and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks in Jira and contribute to IAM governance.

Must-Have Skills

  • Reporting tools: Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) and Tableau; ability to build dashboards from scratch.
  • Audit and compliance experience: Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • IAM background: Understanding of Active Directory and identity governance.
  • Strong communication, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • SailPoint expertise: Strong knowledge of IAM principles and SailPoint configuration.
  • Experience with Jira for task management.
  • Broader knowledge of IAM frameworks and security best practices.
