Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background with strong diagnosis skills. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles, providing high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer relations. Red seal not necessarily required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on cars and trucks
  • Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and components
  • Assemble and disassemble parts as necessary for repairs
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Lift heavy components as needed during repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Tire changes

Requirements

  • Previous mechanic experience
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on automotive repair skills
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for various automotive systems
  • Experience with welding is a plus
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction
  • A commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace
  • STRONG diagnosis skills preferred
