Vlayna Home Care is hiring Certified Personal Support Worker in Milton, Ontario. Must be skilled with G-Tube feeding and use of Hoyer lift and mobility devices.

The hourly rate is $24 per hour.

Qualifications:

Valid PSW Certificate (or nursing student with equivalent training)

Experience in home care or mobility support (preferred)

Knowledge or experience with G-tube feeding and medication administration (asset)

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Strong communication skills

Clear Police Check (Vulnerable Sector)

Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (transfers, hygiene, positioning, mobility support)

Assist with morning routines starting at 6 AM when scheduled

Monitor well-being and document daily care

Support daily living activities and companionship

Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
