Job Description

CIBO Wine Bar is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Front of House Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Managing staff and providing them with feedback
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations
  • Advising customers on menu and wine choices
  • Staff scheduling
  • Preparing cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders
  • Ordering and managing alcoholic beverages in the restaurant
  • Complete any other job related tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • Extensive knowledge of liquors and wines
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • Can legally work in Canada
  • Ability to train and delegate
  • Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts including holidays
