WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (required)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience as a Parts Clerk (an asset)
  • Interest and knowledge in the powersports industry
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Organized, motivated and a fast learner

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Parts Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers find exactly what they need while keeping our parts and accessories department running smoothly. Your tasks will include:

  • Greeting customers and assisting them in locating parts, accessories, and apparel
  • Selling parts and/or services to address customer needs
  • Educating customers about the function and benefits of parts and accessories
  • Managing inventory and ensuring parts are properly stocked and displayed
  • Keeping the parts department and apparel section clean and organized
  • Processing transactions and completing daily cash counts
  • Placing and receiving orders efficiently
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and care

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Bilingue: Français et anglais (obligatoire)
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Expérience préalable comme commis aux pièces (un atout)
  • Intérêt et connaissances dans l'industrie des sports motorisés (un atout)
  • Solides compétences en informatique et souci du détail
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à gérer le temps efficacement
  • Attitude amicale, approche axée sur le client
  • Organisé, motivé et apprenant rapide

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

En tant que représentant des pièces, vous jouerez un rôle clé en aidant nos clients à trouver exactement ce dont ils ont besoin tout en assurant le bon fonctionnement du département des pièces et accessoires. Vos tâches incluront :

  • Accueillir les clients et les aider à localiser les pièces, accessoires et vêtements
  • Vendre des pièces et/ou des services pour répondre aux besoins des clients
  • Renseigner les clients sur la fonction et les avantages des pièces et accessoires
  • Gérer les stocks et vérifier que les pièces sont correctement stockées et affichées
  • Maintenir le département des pièces et la section des vêtements propres et ordonnés
  • Traiter les transactions et effectuer les décomptes de caisse quotidiens
  • Passer et recevoir des commandes efficacement
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone ou en personne avec professionnalisme
