Mondetta/MPG is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the visual development of our apparel brands. This role focuses on graphic design, layout, and image creation, working across digital, print, and e-commerce channels. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and production teams to bring brand-aligned visuals to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for apparel, packaging, marketing, and e-commerce
  • Design and maintain brand-consistent artwork across multiple platforms
  • Execute image retouching, compositing, and colour correction using Photoshop
  • Prepare files for production, print, and digital output
  • Develop seasonal graphics, logos, icons, and typographic treatments
  • Support e-commerce imagery, lookbooks, and campaign assets
  • Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance workflows and creative output
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Advanced image manipulation and retouching skills
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding
  • Experience using AI tools for image generation, enhancement, or design support
  • Knowledge of print and digital production requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Have
  • Experience working with apparel graphics, trims, or packaging
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing deliverables
  • Motion graphics or basic animation experience
  • Understanding of production workflows and factory-ready files
