We are currently recruiting for a 12-month contract opportunity for one of our premier financial services clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join a high-impact team focused on data collection and activation capabilities within digital channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your advanced analytics expertise and passion for data to drive strategic insights and optimize digital experiences in the wealth management space.

As the Digital Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in strategically planning and managing the successful deployment of analytics capabilities across digital platforms. You will work closely with product owners to analyze client digital behavior, providing the modeling and execution support necessary to personalize experiences. Your work will be integral to smart decision-making, helping to build outstanding products and features, and ensuring the client maintains an industry-leading digital analytics practice.

This is a 12 month contract which requires a hybrid schedule with 4 days of onsite work per week at our client's office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Strategically plan, coordinate, develop, and manage the deployment of digital analytics capabilities across various digital channels (e.g., public websites, online banking, mobile apps).
  • Insight Generation: Analyze large data sets to represent digital product user behavior, providing objective, value-added insights to help product owners optimize on key performance indicators (e.g., conversions, attribution models, path analysis, cohort analysis).
  • Testing and Optimization: Support Multivariate and A/B testing by generating core data insights, then suggesting, creating, and executing tests to fundamentally improve the site experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Establish strong working relationships across business units, translating business objectives into analytics integration and technology strategy requirements.
  • Technical Implementation: Manage and establish standards for digital analytics, deploying technologies that support the next generation of data collection, including APIs and services for front-end personalization.
  • Project Management: Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent, complex initiatives in a timely manner, continuously identifying and mitigating potential issues, conflicts, and risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 - 9 years of experience in a relevant digital product development or data mining role.
  • Analytics Tools Mastery (Required): Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Data Visualization (Required): Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Quicksight and Tableau, including a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Technical Knowledge (Required): Advanced understanding of marketing analytics, data mining, experimentation, measurement, and web/mobile development processes.
  • Database Skills (Required): Intermediate working knowledge of SQL.
  • Mindset: A strong passion for data, quantitative analysis, the latest technologies, and an interest in the finance and banking sector.
  • Soft Skills: Proven analytics and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal/written communication, highly detail-oriented, and a strong ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team structure.
