Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives, lead financial planning, and spearhead data-driven decision-making for a dynamic company serving diverse markets across North America and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the strategic planning cycle, from initial assessments to performance tracking

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluations

  • Develop and manage performance tracking frameworks, creating insightful reports for executive review

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiatives

  • Build and evaluate business cases for new opportunities, including market expansion and M&A prospects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business strategy, or a similar role

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant graduate degree preferred

  • Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis. Experience with data visualization and data wrangling/management tools is an asset.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior leadership

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Legal eligibility to travel between the United States and Canada
