Creative Artist – Job Description

We are hiring a 3D creative artist for our AAA Gaming Giant client

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality rendered creative based on brand requirements.
  • Drive creative delivery from concept through final execution to support brand and franchise objectives.
  • Ensure all project deliverables maintain consistent brand messaging and visual communication aligned with strategic brand extensions.
  • Assist with reference gathering, mood boards, and style guide creation.
  • Consult with and present to internal stakeholders, providing design concepts and tactical creative guidance.
  • Partner with the Producer to define the tactical asset delivery plan, actively tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain a digital file management structure.
  • Help manage, organize, and archive project files.

Skills & Requirements

  • Art-related degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong illustrative background or solid understanding of photographic and/or cinematic composition and lighting.
  • Experience posing and lighting 3D models for games or film.
  • Proficiency in
    Maya
    ,
    Unreal Engine
    , and
    Photoshop
    .
  • Highly organized with excellent communication, strong client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Art portfolio submission is required.
