Responsibilities

  • Proficient in using line trimmer, hedge trimmer and leaf blower

For a perfect match

  • 2 years of industry experience
  • A college diploma or DEC in horticulture, landscaping or a related field (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture
  • Bilingual (French and English), Spanish is considered an asset
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage stress
  • Competent with computers and phone apps
  • Must have a valid provincial driver's license with a good driving record

Responsabilités

En tant que chef d'équipe en aménagement paysager, vous serez responsable de superviser les opérations quotidiennes tout en favorisant un environnement de travail sécuritaire et productif. Vos principales tâches incluront :

  • Fournir un leadership positif et un encadrement aux membres de l'équipe
  • Partager vos connaissances horticoles pour soutenir le développement de l'équipe
  • Gérer efficacement votre temps pour garantir la réalisation des projets selon les délais
  • Documenter quotidiennement les heures de travail et les matériaux utilisés
  • Identifier les plantes courantes ainsi que les espèces de mauvaises herbes sur le terrain
  • Utiliser l'équipement d'entretien paysager tel que le coupe-bordure, le taille-haie et le souffleur à feuilles
  • Utiliser l'ÉPI fourni conformément aux normes de sécurité
  • Prendre soin des véhicules et équipements de l'entreprise avec professionnalisme

Profil Idéal – Ce que nous recherchons

Nous cherchons une personne compétente et passionnée par son métier. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience
    dans l'industrie de l'horticulture ou de l'aménagement paysager
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou DEC
    en horticulture, aménagement paysager ou domaine connexe (atout)
  • Solide connaissance des techniques d'aménagement et de l'entretien des plantes
  • Maîtrise du
    français et de l'anglais
    (l'espagnol est un atout)
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à faire preuve d'initiative
  • Bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps et à travailler sous pression
  • Maîtrise de l'informatique et des applications mobiles
  • Permis de conduire provincial valide
    avec un bon dossier de conduite
