About CPA Solutions LLP

CPA Solutions LLP, a progressive and expanding CPA firm is looking for a Senior Accountant in our new Vaughan office. We are looking for a motivated and an independent self-starter with experience on Caseware, Taxprep and Quickbooks.

Our client base consists of a wide variety of business sectors including restaurants and franchises, service, retail, manufacturing, marketing, sales, construction, real estate and information technology.

  • Work hours: 9am - 5pm with additional hours during tax season.
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Staff Accountant on our team, you will:

  • Preparing and/or reviewing Corporate, Trusts, Partnerships and Personal tax returns, and other government filings
  • Preparing and/or reviewing CSRS 4200 Compilation engagements
  • Performing and/or reviewing Bookkeeping (QBO and QB Desktop)
  • Preparing and/or reviewing client customized month-end reporting packages

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • CPA designation considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping and public accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with TaxPrep T1 and T2 software and Caseware/Caseview
  • Proven ability to work under stressful situations and tight timelines
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude and detail-oriented
