Cook – Night Service

The Line Cook (Night Shift) will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to our established standards. You'll work closely with our chefs to maintain food quality, cleanliness, and smooth kitchen operations during evening and night hours. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene at all times.
- Support kitchen operations during busy hours by managing assigned stations efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, storage, and labeling of food products.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, dishwashers, and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and uphold resort policies.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Shift: Night Shift (approx. 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM / may vary based on resort operations)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, with staff meals and resort discounts.
