Job Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Escape room and its operational and sales objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service while overseeing daily activities. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing staff, customers and administrative tasks, contributing to a positive experience for customers and a productive work environment for employees.

Duties

  • Assist in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Handle administrative tasks such marketing via Facebook and Instagram. Creating and managing marketing ads.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing rooms to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Competent in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
  • Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
