We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a critical project within our Marketing team. This role will report directly to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and is responsible for transferring customer information from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets with the highest level of accuracy.

Must be available to start immediately, and complete the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transfer and organize customer data from PDF into Excel.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Support project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Work independently while managing priorities effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) – including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and other advanced functions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Assignment Details

  • Location: Onsite in North York
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
