We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Handle janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
  • Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to preserve flooring quality.
  • Assist with residential painting projects or minor repairs as needed to enhance property appearance.
  • Execute industrial cleaning procedures in larger facilities or specialized environments, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain facilities by performing custodial duties that include window washing, wall cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.
  • Support facilities maintenance by identifying repair needs and coordinating with maintenance teams for prompt resolution.
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality across all tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting other operational needs as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
  • Experience with commercial cleaning environments or industrial cleaning processes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with residential painting and basic maintenance tasks enhances versatility.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
