Job Description: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst / Engineer (Intermediate)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid / 2 days On-site as required)
6 Month Contract with extensions
Salary: 50-65/hr T4A
Role Overview

Apotex is seeking an Intermediate Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to support the ongoing implementation and expansion of its identity security program. This role will provide hands-on technical support across IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), helping stabilize workloads and support enterprise-scale implementations.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal security team members and external vendors to assist with implementation, configuration, onboarding, and operational support of IAM tooling in a regulated enterprise environment.

This role is execution-focused and intended to relieve capacity strain on existing team members while key IAM initiatives are rolled out.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management

• Direct experience implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt (PAM, IAM, IGA modules)

• Experience supporting multiple IAM implementations (3+ preferred)

• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access controls

• Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar) GMX

• Ability to operate independently and support active project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management Implementation

• Support the implementation and rollout of IAM, PAM, and IGA capabilities using Saviynt

• Assist with onboarding applications, users, roles, and entitlements

• Support access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls

• Help configure workflows, approvals, and access policies

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Support PAM rollout activities currently in progress

• Assist with privileged account onboarding and access controls

• Help maintain secure privileged access practices across systems

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Support upcoming IGA initiatives following PAM rollout

• Assist with access reviews, certifications, and governance workflows

• Help ensure access controls align with audit and compliance expectations
