The Opportunity

Four Seasons Sunrooms-GTA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the workflow from order through installation in a fast-moving installation and service environment.

This role is primarily office-based (approx. 80% office / up to 20% site visits) and supports multiple concurrent installations across the GTA. You will oversee scheduling, field coordination, subcontractor relationships, materials readiness, jobsite safety, and customer communication throughout project execution. This role also includes direct people leadership, overseeing a small internal team supporting day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role with visible impact on both customer experience and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production and installation scheduling
• Lead and support field teams and subcontractors
• Ensure job readiness (materials, labour, and site readiness) prior to scheduling
• Troubleshoot scheduling and on-site challenges and keep work moving forward
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Support jobsite safety practices and compliance
• Improve workflow, planning, communication, and execution consistency

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 7–10 years in residential construction, renovation, or design-build environments.
• 5+ years in an operations / supervisory leadership role (beyond day-to-day site supervision).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to anticipate risks and keep multiple projects moving forward with accountability and consistency.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams (PMs, construction/site leadership, and logistics support).
• Comfortable in a primarily office-based role, with periodic site visits (approx. 20%).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects ($50K–$1M range) with strong scheduling discipline.
• Strong capability in planning, field coordination, cost control, and problem-solving.
• Experience using project management tools (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Monday, or similar)
• Solid understanding of Ontario permitting/OBC
• Ability to travel across the GTA (valid driver's license required).
