We're hiring Serving it Right Certified Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known beer & seltzer brand in British Columbia.

Your role will be to support various on-premise samplings and events at local accounts (e.g., bars, restaurants, and hot spots). XMC Ambassadors will work closely with the local brand leads to facilitate activations and surprise and delight consumers.

You will be on the front lines of consumer engagement, sharing product knowledge, generating excitement, and acting as the main point of contact for restaurant and bar managers.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing skills, gain valuable experience in brand promotion, and work in a lively, engaging environment.

  • Greater Vancouver Area: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Horseshoe Bay
  • Sea to Sky Corridor: Squamish, Garibaldi Highlands, Brackendale, Whistler, Pemberton
  • Central Okanagan: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Oyama, Peachland, Westbank, Big White
  • South Okanagan: Penticton, Summerland, Hedley
  • North Okanagan: Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong, Enderby, Silver Star Mountain, Sicamous
  • Greater Victoria: Victoria, Saanich, Langford, Colwood, Glen Lake, Saanichton, Brentwood Bay, Sidney
  • Cowichan Valley Area: Duncan, Shawnigan Lake, Youbou
  • Revelstoke

Shift Overview/Schedule:

  • Weekend Shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) with some added events on weekdays to align with major sporting events
  • 5-8 hours onsite, including setup, teardown, ad hoc tasks, and reporting.
  • Additional logistics hours may be required per shift.

Qualifications:

  • Serving it Right Certification required.
  • Previous experience in alcohol sampling, events, hospitality, sales, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening.
  • Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling.
