Position Overview

We are seeking experienced ABA Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to a school aged child with autism spectrum disorder and implement an individualized treatment plan. You will serve as an advocate within the clinical team, ensuring best practices. This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a lasting impact. This position is for 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm.) Only candidates that have full availability for the above hours will be contacted

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism.
  • Follow programmes as written and implement with care and creativity.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist child with routines at school/daycare

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2–18).
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting children and families.
