Looking for Overnight PSW

Job Requirements

Help watch and care for 74 year old female recovering from a stroke who has a seizure disorder. Looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, attentive and takes job seriously.

Duties include: Assisting with overnight toileting, personal hygiene, mobility transfers (with walker), seizure risk management, sleeping when applicable.

In the event of a medical emergency able to accompany to hospital. (Sometimes this is in Saint John)

- Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring individuals.

-Light Sleeper

-Standard First-Aid Knowledge

Expected hours: 8:30pm-8am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • supportive care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
