AGAT Laboratories is currently looking for a Seasonal Laboratory Technician C to join our team working out of our Thunder Bay location. This is an entry-level position, working under the Laboratory Supervisor to assist with laboratory tasks and reporting of data.

The schedule for this position is a four day on, four day off rotational schedule with the possibility of night shift availability required. This position will be ending February 17th 2026.

What you will be doing:

Perform sample, reagent and calibration preparation as directed.Calibrate, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and conduct routine maintenance on all assigned laboratory instruments.Compile, verify and validate accurate data records.Meet quality assurance and turnaround specifications.Follow all Quality Control and Standard Operating Procedures.Report results.Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

Degree or diploma in Science or equivalent experience required.0-2+ years laboratory experience required.Strong attention to detail.Intermediate computer skills.Ability to work in a positive manner in a fast paced environment.Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
