Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, with the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize advanced dental technology and expand clinical skills in a supportive setting. Experience with Tracker software is highly desirable. A commitment to patient comfort and quality treatment is essential.

Duties

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using state-of-the-art technology.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within electronic health record systems: Tracker.
  • Educate patients on oral health care practices, preventive measures, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control standards, to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience is required.
  • Valid state dental license in good standing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care while maintaining high professional standards.
