Position Overview:
JM Wellness Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, and is looking to make a lasting impact in their daily lives. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home and community-based occupational therapy services to children aged 0–18.
Assess and support areas such as fine/gross motor development, sensory processing, feeding, daily living skills, and school readiness.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and case consultations.
Qualifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within designated service areas.
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
