Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. We are a female only full-service salon, which takes pride in being considered a clean, welcoming and esthetically beautiful space by our clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, beauty services, and guest experiences in a welcoming environment. This role requires a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, along with strong communication and customer service skills. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering a variety of treatments including facials, advanced facials (hydrabrasion and dermabrasion), body waxing, threading, and manicures and pedicures, promoting services to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform skincare treatments such as facials (also advanced facials like hydrabrasion and dermabrasion), body waxing, threading, and other esthetic services with attention to sanitation and safety standards
• Provide exceptional guest services by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
• Educate clients on skincare routines
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining guest records
• Upsell additional services to enhance client experience and increase revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service

Experience

• Prior experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role is preferred but not required; relevant training or certification is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols within the beauty industry
• Experience with upselling techniques, and product demos is advantageous
• Skills in body waxing, facials and advanced facials is a must (salon specific procedure training will be provided)
• Threading experience is a must
• Knowledge of manicure, pedicures and nail care is not mandatory, but candidate should be willing to learn and an appropriate training will be provided
• eyelash extensions, eyebrow lamination, eyelash curling and makeup application are not mandatory but good to have
• Ability to work well at the front desk managing guest services efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products effectively

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
