  • You are a proven sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience excelling at your role.

Responsibilities:
Driving Increased Market Share through consistently achieving/exceeding Sales Results
.

  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators and metrics.

Fostering Client Relationships And An Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport and trust with existing and prospective customers via a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and follow up.
  • Develop customer insight to align the appropriate solution to best serve the needs of the customer.
  • Develop a strong corporate and personal brand through demonstrating integrity, following up, and delivering on customer commitments.
  • Execute all required administrative requirements to create and process contracts.

Strong Cross Functional Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the ultimate experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate and pro-actively engage with leadership and peers to execute on sales and customer expectation.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development

  • Engage with leadership in weekly coaching sessions to further develop skills and competencies.
  • Secure the applicable industry licensing, A&S and Life as part of the onboarding process.
  • Proactively create and execute a personal development plan through discussions with leaders.

Professional Sales Conduct

  • Consistently meet customer commitments and follow up requirements.
  • Work closely with leaders, peers and supporting stakeholders to deliver on our strategic vision.
  • Act in the best interests of our organization, customers, and community.
  • Work from home Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.
