Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick: Completed post-secondary education, professional certification or equivalent experience in training and development / instructional design – CTDP Designation would be an asset3+ years' experience in designing & developing learning solutions to support performance including, but not limited to, ILT, workshops, conferences, e-Learning, videos, podcasts and job aidsExtremely creative, with a keen eye for visuals and the ability to develop engaging, visually appealing mediaSolid knowledge and experience of course development software, such as Articulate Storyline and RiseExperience designing/editing with graphic media tools, video, audio, animation/motion graphics and simulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firmStrong consultative skills, are very creative and agile, and possess excellent SME and stakeholder interviewing skillsDemonstrated experience developing and delivering best-in-class on-line/e-learning courses and in-person development solutionsStrengths in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively and successfully under pressureExperience in basic project management and client relationship managementFlexible to occasionally travel within Canada as requiredCan share samples of your work during the interview process, if requestedMay have additional assets such as background in/knowledge of Accounting practices; certifications/experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, AgileAt Doane Grant Thornton we're focused on making a difference in the lives of our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
