About the Role
If you're a CMRAO-licensed professional seeking a fresh opportunity with an experienced and energizing team, we invite you to bring your passion for property management to Larlyn. You will oversee a portfolio of residential condominium corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors alike.
Qualifications
- General Licence issued by the CMRAO (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in condominium property management
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium corporations, including both townhouse and high-rise communities, in accordance with CMRAO licensing standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Commitment to meeting monthly operational and reporting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience is considered an asset
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
