We are seeking a skilled
Flutter Developer
to design, build, and optimize high-quality mobile applications for one of our clients.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and is excited to craft pixel-perfect UIs, solve complex performance challenges, and contribute to a modern, mobile-first ecosystem transforming the construction technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications.
  • Develop UIs that perform well across devices and network conditions.
  • Ensure data consistency and reliable operation during network partitions or latency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other teammates.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best practices.
  • Help shape an end-to-end product ecosystem used across the construction industry.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on professional software development experience
    .
  • Strong understanding of: Object-oriented programming (OOP) and common software design patterns
  • Experience in any modern programming language, such as: J
    ava, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
  • Prior Flutter or Dart experience required
