Bakery Mixer

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Mixer who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to consistency and excellence. The Bakery Mixer will be responsible for preparing doughs and batters according to recipes and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Mix doughs and batters according to established formulas.
• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Operate mixers and other bakery equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Communicate clearly with production staff and supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of bakery mixing experience
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent work performance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Must be a Canadian citizen
• Must have reliable transportation to Aurora, ON

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
