Responsibilities

• Develop presentation drawings and diagrams with support and supervision from experienced architects.
• Develop architectural design drawings as well as technical and construction drawings with support and supervision from experienced architects.
• Create 3D renderings and design visual aids.
• Collaborate with architects, team members and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Currently registered at a college or university in an Architecture program
• Experience with preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams and 3D renderings.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $24.00/hr - $32.25/hr

Architecture49 is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it will pay for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to the specific geographic location.
