About the role:

Lokal Digital Solutions is a growing local advertising company working directly with businesses in the Markham and Richmond Hill area. We're looking for a personable, confident Field Sales Representative who enjoys being out in the community, talking to business owners, and building real relationships.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You'll spend most of your time visiting local storefronts, introducing our services, and helping business owners understand how we can support their visibility and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Visit local storefront businesses in Markham and Richmond Hill (door-to-door)
  • Educate business owners on Lokal Digital Solutions and how our advertising works
  • Have natural, professional conversations — no hard selling scripts
  • Build relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Track conversations, leads, and follow-ups
  • Represent the company professionally in the community

What success looks like:

  • Confidently holding conversations with business owners
  • Generating consistent interest and qualified leads
  • Building trust and rapport in assigned areas
  • Contributing directly to local business growth and company revenue

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to new people
  • Previous sales experience (any industry)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally
  • Comfortable working independently in the field

Nice-to-haves:

  • Door-to-door, outdoor, or field sales experience
  • Commission-based sales background
  • Experience working with local businesses or small business owners

Compensation:

  • Base pay + commission
