Loader

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading materials, products, and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment to load and unload materials

Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and ensure accurate loading and unloading

Inspect materials for damage or defects before loading or unloading

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading and unloading schedules

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading area

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements: CRP, First-aid certificates is a bonus.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Previous experience as a loader

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up 25lbs)

Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
