What You'll Do:

Greet and support all members with exceptional customer service

Connect with prospects and guide them through the sales journey from first contact to membership sign-up

Give engaging tours of the facility and follow up on online leads and referrals

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain prompt, professional communication—by phone, email, or in-person

Present daily sales reports to management

Stay knowledgeable about our club, company, and membership offerings

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
  • Prior gym or fitness industry experience is a plus
  • Evening and Weekend availability is required

Note: This description outlines the general expectations for the role. Additional duties may be assigned to support club operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
